David P. Schwarz

David P. Schwarz is a founding partner of the Law Office of David P. Schwarz. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was raised in Tustin, California.

Mr. Schwarz obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and a minor degree in Spanish from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Schwarz obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western State University.

Mr. Schwarz has been practicing family law for over ten years and has successfully litigated numerous child custody and visitation matters. Mr. Schwarz primarily handles litigious custody disputes, paternity matters, guardianships, domestic violence and aggressively advocates for parents that have been subject to parental alienation. To complement his family law practice, Mr. Schwarz is also an experienced and skilled criminal defense attorney.

Mr. Schwarz is also a familiar face in all family law courts in Orange County and Los Angeles and is familiar with many of the judicial officers.

Mr. Schwarz is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association and San Bernardino Bar Association. He is also fluent in Spanish.

During his free time, Mr. Schwarz is actively involved in charitable organizations and enjoys cycling.
